NVMP stands for New Vegas Multiplayer, the full name of the game is Fallout: New Vegas. To install the software Fallout: New Vegas must be installed and properly optimized for your computer.
The installer, launcher and game files are not developed or associated by Bethesda Softworks or Obsidian Entertainment. NV:MP is still experimental.
Gamemaster's are highlighted by their chat name's being neon green and prefixed with "Gamemaster".
